We’d like to take a moment to explain how this process actually works — because it’s a little different from buying something that’s already sitting on a shelf.

 

When you email us about a half or full beast, we’ll reply with all the details and help you choose your cuts. From there, we create your order manually — it’s not something you can find or complete directly online. Once we’ve set it up, you’ll receive an email link to your invoice/order where you can pay your 50% deposit to confirm your pack.

 

The reason for this is simple: these are real, living animals that we’ve raised ourselves. They are taken to the abattoir on pre-booked processing dates — not something that can be done on demand or overnight. Each order is tied to a specific beast and a specific processing schedule.

 

So no, you can’t just click “Add to Cart”  — this is a proper paddock-to-plate process that takes care, time, and coordination.

 

We know this might sound like a lot of explanation, but unfortunately, we recently had someone email us at 4:30 a.m. demanding that it was TO HARD an why they couldn’t order online after we had explain the above to them — so we thought we’d take the time to explain clearly for everyone.

 

Thank you for understanding that this isn’t an instant online transaction — it’s real food raised the right way, and we take pride in doing it properly.

2. We send back prices and info and next upcoming dates an let you know if we deliver to your area (some suburbs or Townsville and The Burdekin plus Charters Towers 

3. You say “yes I’ll order please” we then send you an order created then and there and sent to you just like an invoice for 50% of your order price and you pay this deposit 

4. When you beast is ready we deliver or you pick up if you aren’t in deliver range
