Pre-order a full beast. When you order one of our grass fed cattle will fill your freezer with 200 odd kg of beef. (Hung weigh is around 310kg after boning out etc beef is 200 odd kg.
Send us an email before ordering if you’d like to discuss how you’d like your beast prepared, which cuts and how you’d like them prepared and packed.
Sliced, crumbed, corned, minced, rolled roast, sausages. We also have a standard popular cuts sheet for you to view incase your not to sure what you’d like to do with each cut.
